By accessing and using ProfessionalHeadshot.io ("Service"), operated by Jacob Logic Technology LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and/or contributors of content.

ProfessionalHeadshot.io is an AI-powered photo generation service that creates professional-quality headshots. Our service includes:

• AI model training based on uploaded photos
• Generation of 40-100 headshots across diverse scenes, depending on the plan purchased
• Use-case optimization for LinkedIn, resumes, corporate websites, and executive bios
• Quality scoring and automatic photo selection
• High-resolution photo downloads

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our Service operates on a pay-per-project model with three pricing tiers:

• Basic Plan - $29 for 40 headshots
• Pro Plan - $49 for 70 headshots
• Executive Plan - $79 for 100 headshots

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the chosen service tier.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Your Photos: You retain all rights to the photos you upload to our Service. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for AI model training and photo generation.

Generated Photos: All AI-generated photos created by our Service are owned by you. You have full commercial and personal usage rights without attribution required.

Our Platform: The ProfessionalHeadshot.io platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Create photos for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Generate content that violates any applicable laws
• Upload sexually explicit, violent, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate our AI technology
• Resell or redistribute generated photos as a service
• Use the Service to create photos of minors

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated photos will meet your specific expectations
• All technical issues will be corrected
• The Service will be available at all times

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JACOB LOGIC TECHNOLOGY LLC, DOING BUSINESS AS PROFESSIONALHEADSHOT.IO, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from or relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms or the Service will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
